Fortunately, you will most likely be offered a Mercedes-Benz courtesy vehicle while your car is being serviced here at Mercedes-Benz of Orange Park. What is a courtesy vehicle, you may ask? Here is everything you need to know.

What is a Courtesy Vehicle?

A courtesy vehicle is a vehicle lent to customers of a service center for use while their vehicle is in the shop. Your day can be severely impeded when you don’t have access to your car, but fortunately, you can continue with business as usual with the help of one of our courtesy vehicles.

How Do I Get a Courtesy Vehicle?

Courtesy vehicles are only available to customers with a scheduled service appointment that will require their vehicle to spend a significant amount of time in our shop. We will need to know ahead of time to procure a courtesy vehicle for you, so unfortunately, they are not available for unscheduled or emergency maintenance visits.

Are Courtesy Vehicles Available for Purchase?

Yes, retired courtesy vehicles are available for purchase here at Mercedes-Benz of Orange Park! If you are in the market for a lightly used Mercedes-Benz model that has been well-maintained during its tenure at our dealership, then a retired courtesy vehicle may be the perfect option for you.
